Reem&Jolly makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Minor variations may occur due to lighting, display settings, or supplier changes.

Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

You must provide valid and accurate payment details and are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and internationally where available.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery.

Reem&Jolly is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Return Requests

Return or exchange requests will only be considered if:

  • You notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase

Approved Returns

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store Credit / E-Wallet Credit (Gift Card)

Store credit:

  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Must be used before its stated expiry date

  • May be used toward full or partial payment of future purchases

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

7. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits:

  • Are redeemable only through official Reem&Jolly channels

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used before their stated expiry date

  • May be applied toward full or partial payment of future purchases

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, images, designs, graphics, and text — is the property of Reem&Jolly and is protected by UAE copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reem&Jolly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, products, or services.

10. Changes to Terms

Reem&Jolly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Legal Jurisdiction & Compliance

Reem&Jolly operates under its official UAE trade license.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments & Compliance

  • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted

  • We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law

  • Customers are responsible for retaining transaction records and complying with all merchant policies

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
